Rewards Program Terms
These Terms and Conditions are the agreement between you and Fuel Cycle Inc. ("Fuel Cycle", "we", "us" or "our"), for your participation in the Marcus Community Rewards Program. We are the owner and operator of the Rewards Program on behalf of Goldman Sachs International Bank (“Client”), which provides your Marcus account.
These Terms and Conditions only apply to the Marcus Community Rewards Program and are in addition to the terms and conditions relating to your membership of the Marcus Community, set out in the Rules of Participation (as may be updated from time to time).
These Terms and Conditions are valid from the date on which you become a member of the Marcus Community, until they cease under Section 4 below. We may make changes to the Rewards Program, and we may add to and/or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
If you have any questions or complaints about the Marcus Community Rewards Program, please contact us by emailing privacy@fuelcycle.com at your earliest convenience. While we will endeavour to resolve all complaints you may have, any disputes between us will be handled in accordance with the Rules of Participation.
Eligibility and earning Points
1.1 To participate in the Rewards Program, you must have registered through Fuel Cycle as a member of the Marcus Community.
1.2 By completing tasks on the Marcus Community, you can earn Points. The number of Points you can earn may vary between tasks and will be indicated to you on the Marcus Community or in communications to you from Fuel Cycle.
1.3 We'll endeavour to add Points to your Marcus Community account within ten (10) days of you completing the relevant task. You can view your Points balance by visiting 'My Points' on the upper banner of your Marcus Community homepage.
1.4 We reserve the right to correct your Points balance if, for any reason, we consider it to be inaccurate, or if we do not consider, acting reasonably, that you've completed the relevant task in accordance with the task's instructions.
1.5 The Points that you earn on the Marcus Community will not have an expiry date, but unspent Points will be lost if your Marcus Community account is closed or if we end the Rewards Program before you redeem them (see Section 4 below).
2. Redeeming your Points for gift cards
2.1 Once you have collected 500 Points or over, you'll be able to redeem your Points to purchase a gift card from any of the retailers we have selected. We may from time to time change the retail brands with whom we partner to offer you gift cards. You can redeem your Points on the Marcus Community homepage and we'll then deliver your gift card by email within one (1) business day.
2.2 Points have no value until they are redeemed for a gift card, and they cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for cash. You can redeem your Points for the following gift card amounts, or such other amounts as we may post on the Marcus Community homepage from time to time:
3. Keeping your Marcus Community account safe
You must keep the login details for your Marcus Community account confidential. Where you fail to do so, we are not responsible for any unauthorised use of your Points, including where you lose your Points as a result of a closure of your Marcus Community account.
4. Ending this agreement
4.1 You can opt out of the Marcus Community at any time under the Rules of Participation by providing us written notification that you no longer wish to be a member. Closure of your Marcus Community account will result in you losing any Points that you have not spent.
4.2 We may end this agreement with you with immediate effect (and therefore the availability of the Rewards Program to you) if:
(a)we reasonably believe that you have broken any of these Terms and Conditions;
(b)we reasonably believe that you're abusing the Rewards Program or using your Points or gift cards in a dishonest or fraudulent or unauthorized way, or are trying to do so; and/or
(c) we need to in order to comply with applicable law, under the Rules of Participation.
If we do this, we may not give you prior notice and you'll lose any Points that you have earned, but not spent at that time.
4.3 We may also end this agreement with you if we decide to end the Rewards Program for any reason, including if we are giving you prior notice that we are terminating the availability of the Marcus Community under the Rules of Participation. If we decide to do this, we'll tell you beforehand to give you a reasonable opportunity to redeem your Points for a gift card(s).
5. Third Party Beneficiary
Client is an intended third-party beneficiary of these Terms and Conditions.

(b)1,000 Points can be redeemed for a £10 gift card;
(c)1,500 points can be redeemed for a £15 gift card; and
(d) 2,500 points can be redeemed for a £25 gift card. Once you have redeemed your points for a gift card, we have no responsibility to you for your use or otherwise of that gift card. Gift cards may be subject to specific terms and conditions of the issuer.
(b)1,000 Points can be redeemed for a £10 gift card;
(c)1,500 points can be redeemed for a £15 gift card; and
(d) 2,500 points can be redeemed for a £25 gift card. Once you have redeemed your points for a gift card, we have no responsibility to you for your use or otherwise of that gift card. Gift cards may be subject to specific terms and conditions of the issuer.
